The renovation gave the exterior a modest yet meaningful update, introducing a pool and an expansive mahogany deck to extend the living space outdoors. The house’s original vertical cedar siding was stained a soft grey, blending seamlessly with its environment, while the landscaping was subtly shaped to complement both the home and the native vegetation. Inside, the layout was reimagined to maximize natural light and scenic views, with open living and dining areas ideal for gatherings. The interiors strike a balance of warmth and modernity, mixing rich woods and turn-of-the-century antiques with industrial details like stainless steel accents and bold pops of color.
