The restaurant offers three unique dining experiences: a refined steakhouse with private banquet spaces, a lively upscale lounge featuring live music, and a casual burger bistro connected to a sunlit patio.
At its core, an expansive butcher’s curing room, flanked by twin wine rooms, serves as both a visual centerpiece and symbolic heart of the space.
The design challenge lay in creating a cohesive yet diverse environment that could serve multiple functions while maintaining a unified identity. Each space—formal dining, lively lounge, and relaxed bistro—needed to stand on its own yet feel connected.
Balancing rustic, raw materials with sleek, contemporary elements was key to ensuring the restaurant felt both inviting and sophisticated.
Groves & Co. delivered a design that harmonizes texture and tone, using natural materials like reclaimed wood, hemp rope, and marble alongside polished bronze and resin accents. The formal steakhouse is defined by cantilevered banquettes, sculptural lighting, and striking feature walls, while the lounge centers around a handcrafted bar and dramatic baby grand piano. The burger bistro offers a more relaxed vibe with views into the bustling open kitchen. Together, these elements create a layered, immersive experience that reflects Bistecca’s bold culinary vision and distinctive style.
