The core challenge lay in unifying two independent apartments into one cohesive, flowing home without compromising elegance, function, or architectural integrity. The new design needed to accommodate the client’s love for entertaining, culinary pursuits, and relaxed living, while also incorporating a fully private upper level with its own terrace.
Integrating natural light, reconfiguring circulation, and harmonizing finishes across both floors were essential to creating a seamless Park Avenue sanctuary.
The renovation reorganized the residence into a capacious duplex anchored by generous public spaces on the main level and a fully private master suite above. The expansive living room opens onto a landscaped wrap-around terrace with commanding views of Park Avenue and Central Park, while the adjacent dining room features a custom rosewood and patina bronze table that flows effortlessly into a plush media lounge.
