This residence was envisioned as the ultimate blend of “Hollywood meets loft”—a sophisticated open space transformed into a warm and inviting home for a modern, urbane couple. The design combines dramatic architectural elements with rich textures and curated details, creating a setting ideal for both lively gatherings and quiet family moments.
With expansive windows, custom furnishings, and a warm, textured palette, the space captures the essence of elevated city living.
The goal was to reimagine a raw, industrial loft into a refined yet versatile home that could host everything from intimate family dinners to large-scale business events and glamorous parties.
The existing space lacked personality and warmth, making it essential to balance functionality with a strong design identity that reflected the couple’s diverse heritage, artistic passions, and love for entertaining.
To achieve this transformation, the design preserved only the loft’s original tin ceiling and overhead sprinklers, using them as a subtle nod to its industrial roots. From there, the space was layered with rich woods, shimmering metals, and plush fabrics to bring depth and sophistication. Asian-inspired elements were seamlessly integrated alongside custom-designed and vintage modern furnishings, creating a unique narrative that reflects the couple’s heritage. An evolving modern art collection and softly textured drapery elevate the atmosphere, while expansive windows bathe the home in natural light by day and glamorous metropolitan energy by night.
